This unique custom home was designed for a couple in Elmhurst, IL. They wanted a timeless design that combined traditional and contemporary architecture. Schwarz Lewis collaborated with the help of our clients to design a Hampton’s inspired Shingle style home.

Every detail of this stylish house was thought through, from the materials of the roof that were imported from Canada, to the imported granite from the East Coast. The black and white interiors show both creativity and order, traits that are reflective of the homeowners.

The master bedroom boasts a high ceiling and large chandelier but is balanced out by the simple black and white colors. Making sure the room is aesthetically pleasing, without going over the top.

The whole style of the home stays consistent, elegant and cozy, while also being unique enough to impress any guests that enters.
